We knew this place through friends and hearsay, so we decided to try this place serving typical Roman cuisine, what can I say... we ate really well.We start with appetizers of fried food and a platter of cured meats and it was all very good and the fried food was not heavy or greasy, then we ate a first course including: carbonara, cacio e pepe and amatriciana (there was one person who preferred the cut) and here too... everything EXCELLENT and the positions are very abundant, we finished with some sweets and coffee, we will definitely return to this place and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to taste typical Roman cuisine, the bill is It was super honest for everything we ate (I forgot the house wine which isn't bad at all, but it should be left in the glass for 2 minutes to savor it properly).Next time we will try the pliers which I know are very good, but this time we couldn't fit in with the generous portions.

The dining environment here is very comfortable, the seats are not crowded, and there are some items displayed around it that are consistent with the restaurant culture. The food served was very tasty even though we are Asians. The red beer was delicious and the best we tasted during our trip to Italy. We also happened to see a local long-distance running meet, it was such a happy place.

A pleasant surprise.I decided to stop for a quick plate of pasta during a ride and I must say that I did very well!Exceptional spaghetti amatriciana and unfortunately I didn't have time to eat anything else.Polite and friendly staff, the dish served in a small saucepan was plentiful.Normal prices...1 first course, 1 liter of water, 1 glass of wine and 1 coffee, 20.I will definitely go back…recommended.
